Fender Japan Standard Precision Bass PB43 Olympic White 2004
Fender J-Craft Standard Precision Bass, olympic white, crafted in Japan 2004-5. Can't go wrong with a white P, right? These Japan Standard models are awesome; it's based off the classic 62 Precision, but with the 90s style decals and a satin finish neck. It feels great in the hands: light and snappy, slick neck, well balanced and very precisely made. This one has had a full wiring upgrade and a tasty Duncan Quarter Pound pickup dropped in, so it's got a mammoth big fat tone with heaps of rounded, hefty low end. The white finish has a few knocks and bruises but wears it with pride; it has a super slick classic aesthetic. These never last long, so don't wait too long hey?

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. Headstock has some minor dimples on the end and bottom edge. Neck is clean and smooth in the hands, minor marks and glossing on the back only. The back has widespread dimples and scuffs, no major marks. The sides have a decent chip and some dents in the finish near the knobs and minor dimples and scuffs around the whole body. The front has some dimples around the bridge and knobs and some play scuffs on the top horn and guard. Overall: good condition (8/10)
Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electrics tested and working properly. Frets look excellent, very minor wear only, 9/10 for fret life left. Set up with fresh 45/105s.
