At Topshelf Instruments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the instrument in its original manufacturer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and tags are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
