Fender Made in Japan Traditional 60s Jaguar Sunburst 2023
Fender MIJ Trad 60s Jaguar, sunburst, 2023. The Jag is possibly the coolest looking guitar shape going around. This is the most recent take on the model from Japan, similar to the long running JG66 model but with a fatter, U shape neck and a basswood body. It works nicely: this plays smoothly, feels responsive in the hands and delivers that Jag-jangle with joy. The tone is bright and punchy, with heaps of slice and cut on the lead circuit or a dark, gloomy walloping attack on the rhythm circuit. Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 11/49 Moonshiners strings.
