Fernandes Esquire-Style Partscaster Sunburst c2000
Fernandes Esquire style partscaster, sunburst. This is a cool little guitar. The body is made by Fernandes, as best I can ascertain in Japan in the early 2000s, and is an original Esquire style body made from alder with no neck pickup route and a belly carve. It's got a practical six saddle bridge and a Dr Gas single coil pickup. The neck is an Allparts modern C job, finished in light satin and blessed with a bone nut and Kluson tuners. It adds up nicely in the hands: it's quick and slick to play and the body is super resonant. The tone is chiming and snappy with a nice warm midrange growl and a punchy low end... frankly, it sounds great. It's a bit of a weird one, but it's certainly a lot of fun and a great platform for your own modding misadventures.

Cosmetic condition notes: Headstock has minor marks on the end only. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, minor marks only. The back has widespread minor scuffs as well as a few dings along the bottom edge. The sides have minor dimples and scuffs around the whole body. The front has light scuffs and dimples around the outside edge of the body as well as play wear on the guard and horn. Overall: good condition (7/10).
Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electrics tested and working properly. Frets look great, 9/10 for fret life left. Wearing fresh 10/46 Moonshiners strings.
