Gibson Les Paul Special P-90 Natural Gloss 2012
Gibson Les Paul Special P-90, natural mahogany finish, made in USA 2012. The LP Special is a superbly cool and very practical take on the evergreen Gibson singlecut. It's similar to a junior in that it's a slim body with a flat top, but you also get a body carve, two P-90s and the trad four knob electronics. This one is delightfully light; it's resonant and sprightly in the hands and easy on the shoulders; combined with the slim neck, this is an effortless player. The P-90s offer the snap and chime in the treble end of a single coil paired with a thick, juicy midrange that eats up overdrive with gleeful abandon. The natural gloss nitro is a tidy and classy finish, combined with cream-bound rosewood board and black trim, this is a offers an upmarket twist on a classically punk aesthetic. Mix one part suave with three parts awesome... and you'll get this.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. Couple of small marks on the end of the headstock. Neck pretty clean. Back has a handful of minor dents and marks, nothing very noteworthy. The sides have a few little marks: some dimples on the bottom around from the knobs, a scuff and a little chip near the rear strap pin and a few dimples on the top in the shoulder area. The front is pretty clean, just a few dimples above the bridge and near the knobs, a minor mark near the switch and some play scratches on the guard and top horn. Overall: very good condition (8/10)
Playing condition notes: Neck is straight, action is low, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electrics tested and working properly. Frets have minor wear, 8/10 for life left. No headstock breaks. Wearing fresh 11/49s.
