Gretsch Electromatic G5655TG, azure metallic, made in China 2018. Firstly, let's applaud Gretsch for consistently bringing the strong game on finishes: this azure metallic is is a deep ultramarine with a lovely subtle sparkle; combined with the gold hardware, this is a lush and luxurious looking guitar. These Centre Block models are fairly new for Gretsch; the idea being to deliver a practical, sturdy rock and roll tone with that classic growly, snappy Gretsch flavour. It's fun to play: the light body and slim neck are easy friends, plus the Bigsby trem adds a whole lot of wobble and airiness to the attack. This one could almost pass for brand new, so if you're eying off a new one, you can save yourself enough cash on this one to purchase approximately one hundred cups of coffee. It's going to be a great weekend!

Cosmetic condition notes: negligible finish wear. There's some very light scuffs on the front of the headstock, a couple of barely visible scuffs on the back and a handful of very minor play wear marks on the guard and top horn. Overall: excellent condition (9/10)
Playing condition notes: Neck is straight, action is low, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electrics tested and working properly. Frets have no visible wear, 10/10. Wearing fresh Moonshiners 11/49 strings.
